I've been slacking big time, whats your thoughts on Whyte vs Povetkin and the katie Taylor fight?

I'm rewatching Povetkin vs Hunter to score it since I wasn't able to when I first watched it.

How are you doing man?

I think Whyte vs Povetkin depends more on Povetkin and what he has left, if he can do 95% of what he did against Hunter, he has a good chance of winning by stoppage or UD, if he's shot, Whyte will win easily, but timing is on Whyte's side even if Povetkin still isn't shot. I think Whyte will stop Povetkin, but I think he'll come from behind, Povetkin is the more compact fighter, better offensive fighter, more skilled overall. I think Hunter is slightly better than Whyte, definitely more skilful, but Whyte hits harder. I think for about 6 rounds, Povetkin will get getting the better of Whyte, his legs have slowed down, but Whyte will be more of a target for the lead left hook than Fury and Hunter, and if Whyte throws any lazy jabs, or hesitates, Povetkin can land the counter right hand. I think Povetkin will be gassed by round 7, because he will need a lot of effort for his ambush attacks, won't recover in the minute between rounds as fast as Whyte, and when Povetkin tires, takes a step back, Whyte will take advantage. I think Whyte will land the right hand, build on it with the left hook, and once he's landed clean with that shot, Povetkin is done, even if he doesn't knock him out cold with the left hook, I don't see Povetkin surviving. What do you think?

I thought Taylor was better than ever against Volante, but I haven't been as impressed by her last 2 performances, I think she is slightly past her best, but I think she will be better prepared for Persoon this time, and the weight was a factor in her last fight. Persoon hasn't been active since the last fight, she's older than Taylor, and more often than not, the better boxer wins the rematch, so I think Taylor wins, I think it will be another close fight, very competitive, but nowhere near as controversial. I think the difference will be Taylor using her feet more, throwing a lot of fast combinations, but not standing and trading with Persoon. What are your thoughts on that fight?

I'm doing great, just been very busy as of late. How have you been?

I feel like that it depends on Povetkin too. If he isn't shot, then he has a very good chance of winning, because he is always a live dog in any fight. For Whyte, I feel he is improving. I feel like Whyte will win honestly. He still has solid power and Povetkin getting older definitely works in his favor. I can see Whyte winning by decision or late stoppage.

I don't know a ton about either 2, but I feel Taylor will make the right adjustments and win a clearer decision this time around. I had her losing the first fight.

Also is there any word on Lomachenko vs Lopez being confirmed?
