Not a good fight. Savarese on paper looked ok as a challenger so I do not fault Foreman for that (but there were a lot of others more deserving). But make no mistake, Savarese was NOT good. Again these 2 are not the best heavyweights but again this is the lineal championship. I think people would have scored all of Foreman's fights differently during his second run as heavyweight champion if his name was not George Foreman. Foreman lost against Schulz in a highway robbery and even his win over Crawford Grimsley (who?) was suspect. Lastly, the low blow should have just been warning. The 1990's should have the crown as the decade with the worst scorecards in the history of boxing.
