What is next for the welterweight division?

Timothy Bradley Jr has just done the almost unimaginable in outclassing and stopping Brandon Rios, taking more or less every round, the majority of them in real one sided fashion, this now puts him right up there with the best, people are unsure of what on earth the welterweight division will be like without Mayweather, to be honest, I think it will be a very good thing, Mayweather was the best on the planet in my opinion, and many agree with me on that one, but he did like to have power over ever body else in the sport, everything was always done on his terms, and to be honest he made the sport quite boring in the eyes of at least 75% of the fans, but now with him out of the picture I think the best fighters out there are Pacquiao, Khan, Thurman, Brook, Porter and Bradley, I think all these champions will dominate the division, I would really like to see them fight each other soon, I would personally like to see Manny Pacquiao fight for the IBF welterweight crown in April, so I would like to see him fight Kell Brook, I would like to see Porter fight either Thurman or Khan and Bradley fight the other, now can you boxing fans out there imagine how great a night this would be if all these fights happened on the same bill?

The fights I'd like to see at welterweight are:

Provodnikov vs. Rios (if Rios comes back from retirement) -I think this fight would be a war
Pacquaio vs. Khan- With the hand speed both guys possess, this would be fireworks
Mayweather vs. Bradley
Thurman vs. Garcia
