R1- Just 35 seconds in, Ayala gets sat down by a check hook. Despite coming out with his jab, this knockdown makes Ayala retreat and disengage for the rest of the round. Mayweather even taunts Ayala late in an attemptto get him to fight, just to buckle him with a jab moments later. Hardly anything is coming from Ayala, but nothing he does throw hits home.

R2- Ayala looks timid and uncertain with his offense. Little over halfway in, Mayweather flattens Ayala with a mean, counter left hook, prompting the ref to instantly stop the fight. Upon losing his debut, Ayala would go on to lose his remaining three fights. Great finish to an unpleasant fight.
