R1- First round is an obvious feeling-out process, with Charlo outjabbing Grajeda and beating him to the punch up close.

R2- Charlo is showing a lot of patience, but is still able to land several left hooks and rights to the head in the second half.

R3- Grajeda lands a right at the start of the round, but Charlo comes back moments later to land a bigger one. Charlo is blocking the wide shots coming from Grajeda, while using the jab to score points or set up more rights to the head.

R4- This time around, Grajeda assumes the role of the counterpuncher. Despite a triple jab from Charlo coming his way, Grajeda is able to land a pair of left hooks and a right hand. Grajeda also counters the jab of Charlo with his right a couple of times after.

R5- Now Charlo is getting under the shots of Grajeda at times and landing hooks to the body. The uppercut and left hook of Charlo have found homes as well, as one of the latter shots buckles the legs of Grajeda before the bell. Good round for Charlo.

R6- Still making himself a slippery target, Charlo is countering Grajeda and keeping the 1-1-2 in his face.

R7- Hardly anything is coming from Grajeda at all, while Charlo continues to touch him up with jabs and counters. A couple of flush shots get Grajeda off balance late in different instances.

R8- Charlo coasts for the final round, outscoring the tentative Grajeda heavily and punctuating with a big left hook at the end of the round. Pretty good performance by Jermell. As for Grajeda, not much else would come out of his career except a 6th-round KO win over Hector Camacho Jr. right after this.
