Re: Tyson Fury vs Tom Schwarz
Prediction,
Good to see Fury is staying active, doing more with his career. Fury boxed extremely well against Wilder, didn't struggle too much with the ring rust, used the technical ability we all knew he had, but was able to control the pace of the fight, Wilder couldn't bully him or make him work, he tired late in the fight, Fury, got dropped twice, almost got knocked out, but got a draw, and most people thought he did enough to win. Fury has the skills, talent, heart, once he's in there, the issue with him is outside the ring, his professionalism, but he seems to be more consistent than he has ever been.
I don't rate Schwarz, he is only 24, didn't have much of an amateur career, so he might have just needed some learning fights, but he only won close against Ivica Bacurin, which suggests he isn't on the level of Joyce, Takam, who stopped Bacurin early. Schwarz might be better than the Bacurin fight suggests, he is 24-0, can punch a bit, but he hasn't fought many opponents who have been at a high level, so it is hard to rate Schwarz highly based on any of his wins. I've seen Schwarz fight, seems like a pressure fighter, high guard, walks down his opponent, but he looked slow, didn't have a lot of head movement, might be a technically poor fighter, and if he doesn't have that great level of power that a Wilder has, which he probably doesn't, it will be hard for him to get away with being so much technically poorer than his opponent.
Schwarz is unbeaten, he might be better than I think, Fury shouldn't underestimate him, but I don't think he is top 15, he might be top 20, but I think this will be an easy fight for Fury, a 120-108 shutout on all the cards, and from start to finish, Fury will just be levels above. If this is as easy a fight as I think it is, then it is exactly what Fury needs, fights that aren't likely high risk, fights that probably won't put miles on him, but fights that aren't so easy he might as well not fight, and fights that will give him rounds.

Re: Tyson Fury vs Tom Schwarz
Fury did great there, was more aggressive than I expected, Schwarz was disappointing, he mentally came apart, the stoppage might have been slightly premature, but a more decisive stoppage was almost certainly on the way, Fury was teeing off, Schwarz was non-responsive and static. Fury's defence is phenomenal, he is one of the best defensive fighters in the world, certainly the best defensive British boxer who's ever lived, that isn't based on this fight, Schwarz was very poor, but he has proven time and time again, against Chisora, Klitschko, Wilder, that his defence is exceptional. I think Fury is the best in his division by some distance, and I think if he keeps doing what he's doing now, he will be undispited for a good 5 years. I think Fury vs Pulev should be next, that's an easy fight to make, not the worst match up. I think Wilder vs Fury II happens next year, Fury beats Wilder, it's a great match up of course, the first fight was a draw, they need a rematch, but I think Fury wins.
