Tyson Fury really deserves a world title shot at Wladimir Klitschko, he always wins and wins in either emphatic or exiting fashion. This is exactly what I think would happen if Fury fought Klitschko,
Wladimir Klitschko enters the ring looking focused with his brother right behind him, he creates a very exiting atmosphere, Fury enters the ring looking chilled and a little cocky, he solutes the home crowd who are against him as a wind up. The fighters are introduced and they now stare down and listen the referee's instructions. They have their gum shields put in.
Tyson comes out in a southpaw stance, his guard is dropped and he seems to be getting started by toying with Klitschko. Fury moves in circles around Klitschko for a bit, talking to him a little and giving him a couple of taps on the head, he gives him a couple of little feints. This happens for the first 20 or so seconds, both men pouring with their jabbing hands. Klitschko throws a jab that he aims at the face but it doesn't get through, Wladimir throws a straight right that Fury piverts away from, not much action here as they just feint and try to pick their shots carefully Tyson is moving on the back foot and also circling around his opponent. 1 minute in the books now and nothing much has happened, Klitschko has connected with one of a few jabs he has thrown at the head of Fury and missed a couple of intended follow up right hands, Fury has thrown a couple of 3 punch flurries at Wlad, hitting the guard with a few but landing with a right hook to the body and a left cross upstairs, Fury seems to be faster that Klitschko in his feet and hands but Wladimir seems to carry a strength advantage. Another tentative minute passes and not much is happening but the fight is livening up a little. Klitschko has hit thin air with a 1,2,3,6 to the head but he has landed a lovely straight right to the head following a blocked jab, Fury laughed and moved off the ropes. Fury has thrown 4 3 punch combos in the last minute, landing a couple of right jabs and a straight left to the body but the rest hitting the guard. 2 minutes in the books now and Fury is winning this opening round but Klitschko has had success and is still piling on the pressure. Klitschko manages to pin Tyson in a corner, he throws a couple of 4 punch combinations, bringing his fans to their feet but Fury has solid defence, making Klitschko hit arms, gloves and air with 6 punches, he landed with a couple of head shots that were a left hook and a right cross. Tyson took both solid shots well and moves off the ropes, laughing at Klitschko and talking to him. Tyson is moving on the back foot. Another 30 seconds have passed and Tyson has been boxing quite nicely on the back foot, he has thrown a couple more 3 punch combos, landing a right jab and a straight left to the body but hitting nothing with a left uppercut intended for the head and throwing a few blocked shots. Klitschko is also boxing nicely, he has connected with 2 nice jabs upstairs despite missing with 3 jabs and a straight right to the head. A couple of drops of blood have fallen from both of their noses. Under 30 seconds to go in this round. A lot of feinting is going on. Tyson touches Klitschko's guard with his right a couple of times, setting up a very hard straight left that he throws, it gets partially blocked but it is a landed punch, Klitschko's glove took some force away from it. Nothing much happens for the next 20 seconds, Klitschko has his guard up and tight, Fury throws another 3 punch combo, it was s a 1,2,3, the first 2 blocked but he lands with the right hook behind the glove of Klitschko, not a great shot but not too bad. Klitschko hasn't thrown anything in the last 20 seconds and it seems as if Klitschko has stolen the round. Last 10 seconds and now he lands a sharp jab in the face of Tyson, he throws a very hard follow up right upstairs that misses by 2 mm. Fury moves away from the ropes as his back was almost touching them and nothing happens for last few seconds. Close round, either man could have won it, neither man was at all hurt. Tyson still seems cocky and Klitschko seems more focused.
Fury comes out for this round once again in a southpaw stance, feinting and moving. Nothing happens in the first 15 seconds. Klitschko misses with an intended jab to the head, he throws another and this time Fury counters with a lovely jab to the head of his own, beating his opponent to the jab. Fury throws a blocked 1,2 at Klitschko. Nothing much happens for the rest of this minute. Klitschko has been pressing forward, throwing 2 skilfully blocked right hands to the head as well as a missed jab, a left hook and a landed jab, all to the head. All Fury has done is taunt his opponent and miss with an intended counter left uppercut upstairs. Middle minute now. Nothing much happens throughout the minute, Fury switches his stance a couple of times, Klitschko lands a lovely right hand bang on the chin when Tyson is in orthodox, it does nothing to Fury, Klitschko misses with a 1,2 but also lands a jab to the head. Tyson has throws a blocked 1,2 at the head in orthodox but connects with a nice right to the body, he has done nothing in southpaw apart from hit the guard with 1 jab. Pretty dull round so far, final minute now of this round, Tyson decides to box in orthodox stance for a bit, both fighters stand toe to toe in the centre of the ring, Tyson throws a 1,2,3 at the head of Klitschko, the jab is blocked and BANG, BOOM, BANG!!!!!!!!, Klitschko counters the second shot with a monstrous left hook to the head, followed by a huge right hand, followed by a crushing left hook to the jaw that puts Tyson Fury flat on his back. It was a very heavy knockdown, Fury gets up to his feet at the count of 5 and he looks as if he hasn't been knocked down, Klitschko is stunned at what this guy is made of, Fury shouts "Come on!!" Klitschko goes for the kill briefly but calms down after he misses badly with the same combo he dropped Fury with, Fury throws a lovely right hand counter for the last shot and lands it right on the button, the fighters go back to feinting at each other. Fury switches back to southpaw. Wlad gets up to his old tricks again and grabs hold after they both miss a jab each, Fury waits calmly for the ref to break up the clinch. Nothing much happens until the last 10 seconds of this round. Fury throws a couple of 3 punch combos but lands with only 1 straight left behind the glove and hitting thin air with one uppercut, he hits the guard with the other shots. Klitschko has does nothing but hold a couple of times, land 1 lovely counter jab upstairs and miss with an intended right to the head. dull minute. Nothing much but feinting in this last 10 seconds although Klitschko feints with the right a few times and he does land 1 right cross to the head decent shot. Fury could have used his superior speed to counter put it is harder when you are being pushed back by the stronger man. Very good 2 point round for Klitschko.
Fury doesn't like a guy who got flattened in the previous round as he taunts Klitschko to start this round, he circles around Wlad as he throws a jab, straight left to the body, missing both of them and getting hit with a counter jab, he moves around Klitschko with his guard up, he is making it hard for Klitschko to grab hold by moving around a lot, he is showing a lot of lateral movement. 1 minute gone now in this round and Klitschko has done nothing but hit thin air with two 1,2s upstairs since landing that counter jab, Fury has thrown three 3 punch combinations and has landed 4 punches, a couple of jabs and a left cross to the head and a right hook to the body, the rest being used to split the guard. Fury is boxing nicely, using his superior footwork, Klitschko has a lot to think about here as Fury is ten times the fighter he thought he was, middle minute now. A little more action in the middle minute as Klitschko keeps the pressure on Fury and manages to trap him in a corner, he throws 2 big 4 punch flurries, landing 2 very hard right hands upstairs and the other 6 shots being taken on the arms and gloves, just as Klitschko is about to throw another right hand Fury lands a lovely straight left hand upstairs off the ropes, Klitschko hunts him down and throws a jab but Fury hits him with a nice counter right hook to the head before he can land, Klitschko throws another jab but this time gets beaten to the jab by Fury. Fury continues to move around Klitschko. 2 minutes gone in the round now and in the last 30-40 seconds Fury has been out boxing Klitschko, he has thrown a couple more 1,2,3 to the head and he landed the right hook in those combinations despite the other 4 shots being caught in the gloves, Klitschko has thrown another 1,2 but Tyson moved away and made hit nothing. Final minute of this round now and Klitschko feints with the back hand, Fury taunts him, Klitschko throws a big straight right, Fury counters with a lovely left uppercut to the head, Klitschko fells the weight of that shot and it really exites the Fury fans, Klitschko responds by holding Tyson, leaning on him wresting him along the ropes, Fury gestures to the ref and he breaks up the clinch. Last 10 seconds now and not very much has happened in the last 40 or so seconds, Klitschko has landed 1 right hand upstairs but he has missed with 6 power punches and 1 jab, Fury has landed 3 counter punches, a couple of right hooks and a straight left. Last 10 seconds now and a Fury moves around Klitschko for a bit, They get close, Klitschko throws a jab upstairs but gets beaten to the jab by Fury again, the bell goes. Very nice comeback round for the gypsy warrior.
Fury comes out in an orthodox stance, he throws a jab to the head, right to the body 2 punch combo, the jab just about lands and the body shot lands although it is simultaneous with a lovely counter left hook from Klitschko, Fury brushes it off and taps Klitschko on the head as a wind up, he is talking to him again. Fury switches back to southpaw and throws a couple of blocked jabs, Klitschko throws a straight right and Fury counters with a lovely straight left. Fury throws a blocked 1,2,3 and then starts taunting Klitschko again. 1 minute gone now and not much has happened in the last 30-40 seconds, Fury has been caught with a couple of nice, sharp jabs to the head but he has made Klitschko miss with 3 jabs and 2 crosses, he has also landed 2 counter jabs and a counter left cross of his own. Middle minute now. Not very much happens in the middle minute, Fury uses his jab a reasonable amount, he throws 8 jabs in this minute, landing 3 of them, he has thrown a couple of follow up left crosses and landed one of them, making Klitschko miss 3 jabs, 2 crosses and a left hook, Klitschko does connect with one right cross though. Final minute now and Fury decides to up his work rate, he throws a 1,2,3,6 from a southpaw stance, the first 2 being blocked, getting through with the right hook and the uppercut partially landing, he touches with the right a couple of times and ten throws a hard but blocked 1,2. Fury is still using the ring well. Pretty dull minute, 2 minutes gone now in this round, after that blocked 1,2 Fury landed 2 counter jabs and threw a 3 punch combo, it was a jab, cross, right hook downstairs, the first 2 being blocked but the last getting through. Klitschko did nothing but miss with 3 jabs upstairs. Final minute now and Fury continues to taunt his opponent. Fury throws a jab, cross downstairs, landing the jab but getting caught with a nice counter right to the face before he could land the follow up. Slightly more lively minute. 10 seconds to go now and the last 40 seconds have been quite entertaining, Fury throwing a variety of different 3 and 4 punch combos and Klitschko pressing forward with his nasty jab and powerful left hook and right hand. Fury has thrown 24 punches in total since he was tagged with that nice counter right, he has landed 9 of them, 2 jabs and 7 various power punches, he hasn't buzzed Klitschko but he is beating him up, Klitschko hasn't done anything since landing that nice counter right apart from missing 8 punches and landing just 2, a jab and a cross. Nothing but feinting in the last 10 seconds. Brilliant round for Tyson Fury.
Klitschko comes out for this round looking very aggressive as he knows he is being given more than a run for his money, he throws a big right hand and lands it flush, Fury takes it well, Klitschko has him on the ropes, he hits Fury clean with a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head, Fury hits him back with a nice straight left hand upstairs but Klitschko manages to keep him on the ropes, he lands another nice left hook. 30 seconds of this round is gone now and Tyson a manages to punch off the ropes with a nice straight left, Klitschko threw 15 power punches when he had Tyson on the ropes, he clinched for some of that time to make the range too close to get hit, he landed 6 clean power punches on Fury but Fury managed to block the rest, Fury landed 3 himself after throwing 5 back. Not much action in the next 30 seconds as Fury just pours with his right hands and throws a couple of blocked jabs, Tyson threw a third jab and this time Klitschko beat him to the jab, apart from that nothing happened in those 30 seconds, 1 minute of this round in the books. Very dull middle minute, both fighters just have a little jabbing battle, each of them scoring with 4 clean jabs to the head, Fury throwing 10 and Klitschko throwing 8. That is all in the middle minute and the crowd are starting to boo. Final minute now and Klitschko connects with a night right hand bang on the chin and to his amazement it did nothing to Fury who counters with a lovely straight left when Klitschko throws another cross. More lively 45 or so seconds, 10 seconds to go now. The last 45 or so seconds have been quite entertaining as Klitschko has been pressing forward but Fury has been using his feet well, Klitschko has connected with another 2 nice right hands but that is all out if 15 thrown power punches, Fury has been countering very effectively, and he has landed 3 very sharp counter left hands along with a right hook behind the glove. Fury has thrown 6 blocked punches. Last 10 seconds now and Klitschko pours with his left hand, Fury catches him with a jab upstairs and he follows it up with a nice straight left to the body, that is all in the last 10 seconds, the bell goes. Anybodys' round.
Fury takes the centre of the ring to start this round. Klitschko is pouring with his left. Fury is moving on the back foot but he looks the more relaxed of the two. Klitschko connects with a lovely jab to the head, it forced back the head of Fury who's face is marking up below the right eye, Klitschko throws a straight right to the head that is caught in the left glove of Fury. Fury gets away from the ropes and starts to use the ring. Nothing much happens for the rest of the first minute. 1 minute in the books now in this round and since moving away from the ropes Fury has hit Wlad with a couple of nice jabs in the face, he has connected with one follow up left to the head and also one to the body, these were landed in 3 3 punch combos, all the rest were blocked, Klitschko has landed with a nice right cross to the face and a left uppercut to the head although he missed with a jab and 5 power punches. Not much in this round so far but Tyson seems to have a slight edge. Klitschko goes on the offensive and manages to nail Fury with a very hard right cross upstairs, this did nothing to Fury but rock his head back, Klitschko follows it up with a nice, clean left hook upstairs. Klitschko throws another straight right but just misses this time as Fury is on the ropes, Wlad throws another left hook but kisses and Tyson counters with a nice right uppercut as he gets off the ropes and makes Klitschko miss with another left hook. Not much action for the rest of this minute. 2 minutes of this round in the books now, not much has happened since Fury punched off the ropes, Fury has thrown a couple of 3 punch combinations and a left cross, right uppercut 2 punch combo. He landed 1 punch in those 2 3 punch combos, the other 5 hitting the guard, Klitschko countered Fury's straight left with a nice right cross upstairs, Klitschko missed 2 jabs and a right uppercut to the head as Fury is using his feet well. Fury starts to taunt Klitschko again, talking to him and giving him a few little taps on the head. Klitschko charges forward at Fury, smacking him with a hard right to the head and pinning him on the ropes yet again. Klitschko throws 5 massive power shots that all miss, hitting thin air and the guard of Fury. Tyson hits Klitschko clean with a lovely, clean counter left cross but gets hit with a nice counter left hook from Wlad when he throws a right hook. More of the same in the next 30 seconds as they continue to exchange blows as they are near the ropes. About 15 seconds to go now and Fury has just punch off the ropes a couple of seconds ago, since Wlad landed that counter left he has landed with 4 big power shots when he had Fury stuck on the ropes but Fury absorbed them all with no issue and connected with 5 power punches of the 9 big shots he threw as he fought back, he made Klitschko miss with 6, Fury landed a lovely jab off the ropes. Not much happens for the rest of this round, they each land one jab to the head, Last 5 seconds and Fury taunts Klitschko, feinting a bit, Klitschko intends to try a left hook to the chin but the bell goes before he can. Another very close round. Klitschko is a little distressed on stool but his brother is giving him some sound advice. Fury seems very relaxed on stool, both guys are a little marked on both sides of their faces.
Fury comes out for this round in an orthodox stance and immediately tags Wlad with a straight right to the chin before moving away, he irritates Klitschko as he makes him miss with 2 right crosses. Tyson throws a right hook that hits the guard and follows it up with an intended 1,2,3,6 to the head, all hitting Klitschko but only the uppercut landing without being blocked, nice shot. Not that much action for the rest of this first minute. 1 minute of this round gone now and Fury seems to be out working and out boxing Klitschko here, since Fury landed the uppercut he has thrown 5 jabs and 2 separately thrown 1,2,3s, landing 4 jabs, one from a three punch combo and 2 power shots that were a left cross and a right hook. Klitscko since being tagged with that uppercut has thrown and missed a single jab and a 1,2 all to the head. 2 minutes to go in this round, Fury is using hismfootworkmso well as he glides around the ring, Klitschko just can't pin him down here. Fury has switched his stance a couple of times in this round. Klitschko throws a 2 punch combo that is blocked and then grabs hold of Fury, Klitschko is tiring a little as they pace of the fight is upping, Klitschko has underestimated the stamina of Fury. Klitschko holds with his left hand and hits Fury with the other, on the temple and the back of the head. The ref fives him a ticking off for unnecessary holding. Klitschko smacks Fury with a nice left hook but Fury uses his fast feet to make him miss with a straight right hand. Fury boxes very nicely for the rest of this middle minute. 1 minute to go in this round. Since being ticked off for holding Klitschko has connected with one straight right hand upstairs but missed with 3 power shots and 3 jabs, all these punches kissing badly and Fury has landed 3 more jabs along with 4 power punches. 1 minute left and Fury lands a very nice, sharp jab and this opens up a cut just below his left eye. This bothers Klitschko and Fury knows this is just another bonus for him. Klitschko is distressed and his Rhythm is off as he gets caught with another jab before missing one of his own, all Fury for the rest of this round. Last 10 seconds now and since landing that last jab Fury has been boxing rings around Klitschko, hitting him with 5 more jabs, 3 left crosses, 2 body and 1 head, a right hook and a nice left uppercut, he has thrown a couple that we taken on the guard but he has landed plenty, Klitschko has done nothing but miss with 2 right hands. Last 10 seconds now and Fury is taunting Klitschko as he switches back to orthodox, both fighters feint, Wlad throws a massive left hook and Fury counters with a massive right hand like the one that floored Steve Cunningham, this lands BANG on the chin and shakes Wlad to his boots, he panics and grabs hold for dear life, he is saved by the bell. Massive Fury round. Both guys are quite badly marked on both sides of their faces, have saw noses and saw mouths, Klitschko's cutman seems to be doing a good job by patching up that cut.
Klitschko comes out for this round round looking more composed but still aggressive. Wlad feints with the jab and throws a right cross at the head that misses but puts Fury in the back foot, both boxers land simultaneous jabs that are about as telling as each other, Fury throws a blocked 1,2 as he is moving on the back foot. Fury has his right hand very low and Klitschko seizes his opportunity by sneaking in a nice left hook. Quite a lively first minute, since landing that left hook Klitschko has landed 1 jab and 2 crosses and has thrown 4 jabs and 15 power punches, Fury has used his very underrated defensive skills, Fury has landed a lot of very nice counter punches since being caught with that left hook, he has landed 4 jabs, 2 left crosses, 1 right cross, a couple of hooks and an uppercut, despite missing a jab and missing about 5 power punches, very rarely hitting thin air though. Middle minute now and Fury looks the fresher and more composed of the 2 fighters. Fury circles around Klitschko a lot and he throws a couple of blocked jabs at Wlad, keeping busy. Wlad swings a massive left hook and hits Fury's right glove very hard, so hard he kind of partially landed with it, he goes for another but gets tagged clean with a counter right uppercut from Tyson who moves away from him. Pretty dull minute as not very much happens at all. Klitschko throws 4 jabs upstairs and a right to the body, landing 2 if those jabs, Fury countered one of the 2 missed jabs with a lovely right cross bang on the chin, it shook Klitschko up a little but not like that shot that rocked him, he has thrown a couple of 1,2,3s and has landed 3 of those punches. Final minute now and things are pretty tentative in the ring right now as they are just feinting at each other. 10 seconds to go now and nothing much has happened for the last 45 seconds, Fury has scored with 3 right jabs and a left jab, he has connected with 2 right hooks and a straight left hand, these punches are inside 3 4 punch combinations, all the rest hitting the guard. All Klitschko has done hold a couple if times, miss badly with 3 right crosses, miss with a jab and a left hook and score with one jab to the head. Nothing but feinting and taunting from Fury in the last 10 seconds, the bell goes. Another good round for Tyson Fury. Vitali seems to be doing a good job of motivating his brother on stool. Wladimir does look quite confident.
Wladimir comes out for this round and immediately catches Tyson with a left hook to the jaw, he manages to swarm him along the ropes. Wladimir throws a massive burst of punches, he has buzzed Fury with a massive right cross he just landed right on the button. 30 seconds later and Klitschko has thrown 20 huge power punches, he has landed 1 right cross upstairs, 2 left hooks upstairs, 1 left hook to the body and a left and a right uppercut to the head. Fury has a big smile on his face but he is bleeding from the mouth, nose and the swelling around his right eye is getting worse, Wlad used his superior strength to smother Tyson which is why Fury hasn't countered so far in this ninth round, that 30 second burst took alot out of Klitschko and Fury knows it, he now smacks him with a left cross to body, very hard and manages to move if the ropes, Klitschko really roughed Fury up there and now Tyson is using his fast feet as he circles around Klitschko, he throws a couple of blocked jabs at the champion, Wlad goes for another big left hook but Tyson piverts out the way, making Wlad hit nothing although he should have countered with a right hook. Very tentative minute as for the rest of the minute Klitschko and Fury both land 2 nice jabs to the face and they both missed 1 jab and 4 power shots. Fury hitting arms and gloves mainly and Wlad hitting mainly thin air Klitschko is much more tired than Fury now although he hasn't completely run out of gas. Middle minute now and Fury taunts Klitschko, Wladimir goes for a left hook aimed at the chin but Fury makes him miss and counters with a right hook to the body. Fury throws a couple more blocked jabs but scores with another left cross downstairs. Klitschko throws a jab but gets beaten to the jab by the faster man, Fury has more in the tank so he feels he should throw more, Fury throws a right hook, left cross, right hook combo, landing both right hooks and hitting the glove with the left, nothing happens throughout the rest of the minute apart from each fighter connecting with one jab, Wlad missing 2 jabs and Fury missing 1 jab. Final minute now. Wlad throws 2 big right crosses to start this last minute, Fury piverting and making him miss both of them badly. Klitschko is getting more tired, Fury switches his stance and throws a 1,2,3,6,3 the first 4 upstairs and the last one downstairs, landing the last shot and partially landing the right uppercut although the rest were blocked by the guard of Wlad. Fury switches back to southpaw and throws a 1,6 at the head, the jab hitting the glove and the up er cut landing flush, it didn't hurt Klitschko but what a shot, Fury switches his stance again, Klitschko looks very wild as he goes for a huge left hook aimed at the chin but Tyson looks great in cracking him with a lovely straight right hand counter that landed right on the button. Fury smiles as he knows he is proving the doubters wrong. Nothing much happens for the rest of the round, we are now in the last 5 seconds and since Fury landed that nice counter right both fighters have landed with 3 jabs to the head each, all of them as telling each other, Klitschko missing 4 jabs and Tyson missing 2. Wlad misses badly with a huge right cross to the head on the bell. Very tight round, could go either way.
Out comes Klitschko for this round, looking like a man on a mission as he swings a left hook, right hand, left hook at his currently southpaw opponent, missing with all those punches and Fury landing a nice counter jab in response to the last one. Fury moves around his now predictable looking opponent. It is very rare that you see Wladimir Klitschko in this position. Not much action for the rest of the first minute as Fury just keeps moving around his opponent, since landing that counter jab Fury has thrown 5 single jabs, landing 2 of them clean, he has thrown two 1,2,3s and a 1,6,3. He landed 1 of those 3 jabs, 2 if those hook and 1 straight left cross but all the others were blocked apart from the uppercut which hit nothing, since being hit with that early counter jab Klitschko has done nothing but fail to and 1 jab to the head. Middle minute now and Fury continues to dance around the ring his hands are now very low, Fury stands toe to toe and feints a couple of times, Klitschko pouring with both his hands as he is picking his shots very carefully, Fury takes advantage by landing a lovely counter 1,2. Not very much happens throughout the rest of the minute. Final minute now and all that Klitschko has done since being tagged with that 1,2 is land 1 decent jab upstairs, miss 3 of them, miss 3 right crosses, miss 2 left hooks and miss 1 uppercut. All to the head, all Fury has done since landing that 1,2 is land 4 jabs of a thrown 6, connect with 2 left crosses and 2 right crosses as he keeps switching his stance, hit the guard with a left crosses and 1 right cross and land one very nice right uppercut. Those crosses made the blood pour from the nose of Klitschko and I think it might be broken. Final minute now and Fury lands clean with a straight left to the body, Wlad has a cut in the bridge of the nose now. Fury throws a 1,2,3 from the southpaw stance and he connects with only the right hook. Pretty dull round, into the last 5 seconds now, since landing that last right hook all Fury has done is land 3 jabs of a thrown 5, 2 hard and 1 body and he has landed with 2 more left crosses to the head, he has also landed with a left hook upstairs despite missing a couple of hooks by about 1mm. All Wlad has done since getting tagged with that right hook is throw 3 missed jabs and a missed right cross. The bell goes, brilliant round for Fury.
Wladimir comes out for this next round looking strong and he immediately nails a complacent looking Tyson with a huge right cross to the head, Fury laughs it off but Wladimir goes for it as he lands a crushing left hook followed by a right cross followed by a left hook followed by a right uppercut, Fury is really taking a beating now as he is getting smashed up with power shot after power shot. Wlad has opened up a horrible cut on his left eye lid. Klitschko is going for the kill now and he keeps unleashing these huge punches, about 40 seconds gone in this round now and Klitschko has just missed with a few shots, he must have thrown about 30 hard power punches and smacked Fury with about 20 of them but it has taken a lot out of him and he leans on his battered opponent who gestures as if to insinuate that done if those deadly punches did anything to him, the ref splits them up and Fury manages to get off the ropes and tag exhausted Klitschko with a 1,2 from the southpaw stance, Klitschko looks to be just standing there trying to store energy. Not long before 1 minute is in the books and there are 2 minutes to go in this round. Klitschko does nothing for 20 seconds as he takes a rest, Fury is still boxing leftie and he has thrown a couple of blocked 1,2s Fury has his hands low and Klitschko looks at him like he wants him dead, measures up the distance with his left arm and as Fury goes for a risky left uppercut to the head it backfires when BANG!! Klitschko lands absolute flush with a huge right hand bang in the chin, what a granite chin Fury has as to Wlad's amazement he didn't go down but he was absolutely shaken to his boots, Klitschko follows it up with a huge left hook and about 2 seconds later Fury is stuck against the ropes again, getting nailed with potentially career finishing punches, crosses, hooks, uppercuts in huge quantities and each of them would put the average guy to sleep. Fury keeps telling Wlad to bring it and he dies just that until about 30 seconds after he landed that initial right hand when Klitschko seems to have punched himself out, both men are knackered and leaning on each other, they are now trading slow hooks and uppercuts but Klitschko must have landed 15-20 scarily hard punches to the head of Tyson when he had him trapped on the ropes. Both of them are cut, swollen and very bloody. What a brutal fight this is. Klitschko grabs hold and waits for the ref to split them up, in almost no time we approach the final minute of this round. The fighters get themselves off the ropes. Fury goes out oh his shield and throws a 4 punch series of hooks, he lands with one right hook but gets tagged with a herd counter right, he takes it very well and makes Klitschko miss badly with a follow up left hook. Nothing else happens until the last 30 seconds of this round. Each man lands 2 jabs and Klitschko lands a left hook but that is all for the rest of the round apart from feinting and the 5 missed power shots they threw each, coinsidently. The bell goes and they both slump on their stools, Klitschko very heavily. It will all come down to who wants it more in this last round. Huge round for Klitschko.
Both of the men that take the centre of the ring are exhausted and battered, they both have been through a war here and it will come down to will rather than skill in this last round, Fury came in a southpaw stance but he switches to orthodox and he throws a massive 1,2,3,6, the first 3 being taken on the gloves and the right uppercut landing clean before he gets himself away from a massive left hook that Tyson makes Klitschko miss badly with, I think Wlad is thinking pure KO here. Wlad throws a left hook, right cross, left hook, right uppercut 4 head punch combo but he missed badly with all 4 of them.
