Prediction.

I don't think this is a step up for Ennis, but not a step down, I think Dulorme was disappointing against Ennis, and Clayton's style is very different to Lipinets', so it's not a bad test for Ennis. Clayton can't match Ennis offensively, but it will be interesting to see if he can get the 1, 2 off when the tempo is low, and how long early Ennis can consistently pressure him.

I think this will be Ennis's toughest fight so far, but not by much, I think Clayton will have some success at on the outside in the early rounds, but he will be mostly on the defensive, Ennis will punch through his guard more easily as the rounds go on, and Clayton will get fewer and fewer shots off, I think Clayton will fight in the pocket, but Ennis will defend well, and Clayton will open himself up to more punishment.

I think Ennis stops Clayton late, Ennis by UD or a stoppage at any point wouldn't surprise me.

Solid performance from Ennis, but disappointing from Clayton, he seemed mentally beaten after one round, he was overwhelmed by Ennis's speed, didn't want to be on a survival mission, but was reluctant to get into range after Ennis established his jab.
