Our Cards were pretty much similar for this fight minus the first round.

Yeah, so awesome that we can score these fights, the longer you wait for them, the better it is to score them when they do get uploaded. I think this fight could have been a lot wider, but as our cards expresses, you can make the case it was close, no doubt in my mind that Linares won decisively, but by how much is very subjective, and very fascinating. I hope Linares vs Crolla II should and will happen, even if you thought it wasn't a close fight, it was undoubtedly competitive, and very, very entertaining, it contained a bucketful of heart, courage, and respect, and for a fight to be like that, is a great thing, it's what boxing needs. Danny Garcia is one unpopular champion by the looks of things at the moment.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with waiting to score these fights. Some of these fights I had scored from last month saved on my scoring app and all I had to do was copy them onto here. I've heard many things about the way this fight was scored. I heard a lot of people had it wide, and I heard some that had it close. It was a great fight and I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch. I think we should forget Danny Garcia right now. He needs to be fighting higher opposition soon. You can only fight limited competition for so long. We have so many good fights coming up next month and we should focus on those fights. I'm so excited for Ward vs Kovalev, Joshuas next fight, and Lomachenko vs Walters the most.

I agree to an extent, but I think it's a serous issue that he's abusing a world title. The sooner he starts being a real champion, the better, he's making himself increasingly unpopular, increasingly less worthy of respect, and increasingly bad for the sport.

That's also true. He should not abuse the title. If he takes the Thurman fight, he will gain a lot of respect for me. Win lose or draw. I finally found a good quality video of Porter vs Thurman and I'm going to try to score it again in the next couple days.

I will give him credit for it, but fighting Thurman won't be a ticket back doing what he's doing now for the rest of his career. Awesome, it was a great fight, a close fight in my opinion, but there was only one winner, at that was Thurman, it was a clear victory, well decisive. Thurman vs Porter II is always a great idea, but not just yet.

I think it will make up for some of it. For me he'll gain a lot of respect for taking on such a tough challenge. It's been a while since I saw it the first time, and I'm wondering how I will score it this time.

That's very generous of you, but to me, it would be more a situation of 'Oh finally!', because Robert Guerrero, Diego Chaves, Shawn Porter, they've all faced Thurman with no reluctance, they don't expect to get treated like royalty. My point is, the decision in taking in Thurman, in itself, makes him no more worthy of respect than any other opponent of Thurman, then again, if you praise Bundu, praise Lora, praise Collazo, and then give Garcia credit for taking on Thurman, then I'm with you.

I think you'll say the same as me, in the unlikely event that you still think Porter won, then I'd say that's incorrect not because I say so (because you probably understand boxing about as much as me now, maybe even more than I do), but because all the analysts say so.

I give up, I god damn give up I swear it's been about 6 months, how you doing champ. Good card! I had it 116-112 linares

You're back!! So good to see you mate. It was an interesting one, I thought it was close, some agree, some had it a little wider, some had it much wider, all valid scorecards, very subjective mathematics, it just depended on what your opinion of who's success was more credit worthy in the close rounds was. I'm not doing good, at all, I'm not running at the moment, one definite sprained, ankle, another suspected sprained ankle, and a minor but existent back injury, I'm absolutely gutted, I just have to think, I'm 19, I have so many years to run Marathons, anyway, enough about me, how are you doing?

I'm doing great buddy, Im gonna start to train Jiu Jitsu aswell as boxing now, but I'm enjoying boxing as much as ever. This website makes it even better, but it annoyed me as every time I've tried to get on it says error 403 forbidden, which is really annoying and it tells me to contact the administrator. I personally loved this fight, I was sad to see Crolla lose, but happy for Linares, I've been a fan of Linares for a while. I think all in all, Linares won, so any score from 115-114 to maybe 117-111 or 118-110 I could see, but I believe it was closer than that. Crolla came back into the fight but Linares did him in e last 3, so fair play to him. Sorry to hear you ain't doing good. Hope you get fit again soon so you can run more marathons. Bellew looked good tonight against an opponent he was expected to destroy. Hopefully I can get back to scoring fights this week or next, I've got a lot on at the moment. You looking forward to Pacman's return?

Glad to hear it. Good for you, that's great to hear, have you started sparring yet? I've had that before, but only when the whole site has been down. Yeah, I said at the time, Linares by 2-6 points, but maybe, you could make a case of was slightly closer or wider. Absolutely, at 9, I had Crolla up, many didn't, but he was definitely in for a shot of winning the fight at that point, I think Linares knew it was close at that point, and those last 3 rounds were crucial, Jorge was sensational in all three of them. I hope Linares vs Crolla II happens. Thanks buddy, that means a lot, I just have to be patient, and let myself heal. Will be good to discuss boxing with you again, been so long. Not really, I want him to retire, but I will give him credit if he does a good job against Vargas, which I think he will.
