Tim Bradley: "Zurdo is the best fighter at 168 lbs". Nope

SalTnutZ1's picture

And Tim Bradley before the fight, "Angulo has no business being in the ring."

It was like he just read the guys boxrec page and didn't even watch any film lol, just reading off basic stats. "Well he's a puncher so he has a chance" repeated.

SalTnutZ1's picture

Right. I put a couple bucks on the guy because I had watched some film, lol. You aren't built like that, have that type of style, and not frustrate a pop shot fighter like Ramirez. Ramirez won, but every meaningful punch was landed by Angulo.

Gold's picture

Agreed, Ramirez was outpointing him which gets the job done at the end of the day but Angulo's work up close appeared to be felt much more.

Gold And here is your discussion so chill out you idiot.

Champion97's picture

That was just mistake I think, you can see why he said it, even if he makes the odd mistake, I still think Tim Bradley is a great commentator, fighters usually are, people just have to stop making a fuss about shit like Gold does, and just give them a chance.

Gold's picture

You haven't watched the fight, so why assume?

SalTnutZ1's picture

Gross hometown cards as well.

SalTnutZ1's picture

He doesn't want any part of a guy like Uzi.

This message is for SalTnutZ1, not Goldilocks, who likes her porridge just right and will have a tanturm if it is a degree to hot or cold, not wasting any more time with you first class moron who doesn't know boxing.

I haven't seen the fight but I still think Ramirez has a shot to be the best in the d
division, sometimes fighters can look flat in fights when they underestimate the opponent, pay for some inexperience doing or the weight, not saying Ramirez is definitely the best, but he has beaten Jesse Hart, schooled Arthur Abraham, anyone can have a bad day at the office, so let's not just write him off because he looked sloppy in one fight. I think Ramirez would fight anyone. Only time will tell, but I still Ramirez is the best in the division, and maybe top 20 in the world, then again, I coule be wrong, I still have to see the fight too.

The whole 'weak division' stuff is just people not opening their eyes, Zeuge, Groves, Degale, Uzcategui, Smith, Ramirez, Benavidez, it is not a 'weak division', there is no weak division, we were all saying 122 was weak but Dogboe and Roman beg to differ.
