You know Corey when I overtook Rorschach I thought "yeah man I'm at the top of the judging board, I'm untouchable" but seeing you on this huge streak is making me feel like my top position is under threat.

Haha well I just finally had time to hit up Youtube and see a ton of fights. I've scored tons that were early knockouts, but my goal is to just score everything. I'm interested in seeing how many rounds guys like Floyd and Oscar lost over their entire careers so that requires watching everything, even the early KOs. And then fights like Corrales-Castillo I really interest me. We all know how it ends, but I'd love to see who everyone had ahead at the time of the stoppage, etc. My thing is if I'm going to sit down and watch any fight, I might as well go ahead and score it right then. I love this site for letting me catalogue all these cards.

I'm the same, well it's official, this means war!!!, you're going down man, haha. To be honest I like to score a lot of fights but I also like to stick a huge analysis on the main page of every fight I score, I've never mentioned this before but the reason I do that is not to get a couple of extra points, it is in case a judge finds my score unfair or irritating, if one of my scores looks very different from another scorers score and they think a certain fighter was robbed then they can read my analysis and see my reasons and evidence. You are a very good judge and I'm very impressed at how you have found the time to score so many tough, close fights and score them properly. Are you a boxer or just a fan? just interested, you don't have to say if you think this site is just to talk about the fights in the vault but I think it's good to talk about stuff other than just these fights. I'm an amateur boxer and I think boxing is just the most great, rewarding sport in the world.

BTW there are couple of things I would like to get your opinion on, first of all is about Canelo Alvarez, Miguel Cotto and Gennady Golovkin. I would also be interested to see what you have to say about the fight aftermath of Mayweather vs Pacquiao, I think a shoulder injury is the reason Manny lost the way he did but I'm not sure if it is the only reason he lost altogether.

Hey Corey, I just set up a new thing on EOTR, it is a prediction competition, the idea is, you give your predictions for fights of your choice, alongside hopefully many other judges, you get a certain amount of points if you predict a fight correctly, and at the end of the month, the judge with the most points is prediction king or queen of the month, would you like to be involved?

Sorry I'm just now replying to this. Honestly, I don't even watch current boxing. Still haven't seen Cotto vs Alvarez or even Wladimir's loss. I got into boxing in the mid 90s and really got away from it around 2011 at which point I was just tuning it to watch Floyd and Pacquiao's fights. I don't know probably 50-60% of the names of the people I see on upcoming fight cards, so I really wouldn't be any good in a league predicting upcoming fights. Thanks for the invite though!

No worries pal, fair enough, cool, I can't say the same for myself, given that I didn't even exist in the mind 90s, haha. If you don't mind me asking, have you lost interest in the sport of boxing or have you just been super busy these past few years? Well, even if your don't get involved, you're still the best judge on this site, and it will be a long time before any of us come close to catching up with you, and I notice you're still very active, let me know if you change your mind, and no problem.

I love watching old fights but don't really care for any of the boxers we have to choose from today. All the true greats are retiring, and I don't see much talent to fill their shoes. Floyd and Manny wrapping things up was good for me and brought closure to this generation of fighters, but I'm not really planning on following the next wave.

Sorry for the late reply, I also love watching old fights, my favourite has to be Hagler vs Leonard. I do agree with you, that no boxer on this planet could have had the beating of Floyd Mayweather Jr, who is in my opinion the best boxer who has ever lived, and I don't think a better fighter will come along for a very long time. I think a large portion of the boxing public has been so ungrateful for Mayweather vs Pacquiao, at the end of the day, it happened, they both tried their best, nobody is guilty in any way, shape or form, if Manny Pacquiao was genuinely injured during his fight with Mayweather, then that isn't Mayweather's fault, and if he wasn't injured, and it is just a bitterly motivated excuse, then Manny Pacquiao must have tried his absolute best, been at his best, but it wasn't anywhere near good enough, therefore, he was beaten by the genuinely better boxer, and there's no shame in that.
