Re: Pound for Pound list

If you're wonering what those numbers mean, it is just a little bit of information which I added to my rankings, I number the division they are in wherever from 1-18 (because there are 18 divisions), and I list where I think they should rank in their division.

Re: Pound for Pound list

Here's mine.

1. Terence Crawford
2. Andre Ward
3. Mikey Garcia
4. Vasyl Lomackenko
5. Saul Alvarez
6. Gennady Golovkin
7. Keith Thurman
8. Roman Gonzalez
9. Olexandre Usyk
10. Deontay Wilder
11. Danny Jacobs
12. Anthony Joshua
13. Jermall Charlo
14. Errol Spence
15. Zolani Tete

I'm not sure about that list, I'll probably change it. I can easily see your list, can definitely see Lomackenko in the number two or even number one spot, but I highly doubt Kovalev is better than Canelo and GGG, and Garcia and Thurman, we'll see, he could be, if the rematch is close then definitely, but if he gets his head boxed off, then it will be hard to rank him that high.

I got used to

Re: Pound for Pound list

As much as a great fighter I think Loma will become, I don't think he should be ranked in anyone's top 5, especially after only 8 fights.

Re: Pound for Pound list

You could be right, however, after such a fantastic amateur career, and with that record!, many thinkn it necessary to give him the benefit of the doubt and believe in his potential, plus, he had looked increasingly impressive before that KO of the year candidate knock out over Roman Martinez, and what a performance against Nicholas Walters, in my opinion, based on this, this is enough to put him in the top five. I believe potentially, after a couple more fights, and more familiarity and consistency, Mikey Garcia could even have the beating of Lomackenko.
