Re: Jessica McCaskill vs Cecilia Braekhus II
Prediction.
I think there's more room for improvement for Braekhus, McCaskill can make some adjustments, but not as many as Braekhus in my opinion. Braekhus is older, but she doesn't have many miles, has lived the life, McCaskill is more reliant on physical attributes, and time is against her as well. I think McCaskill's awkward style was a factor last time, but I think Braekhus has more of a skill set, she should be more prepared for McCaskill's style this time, and I think there's more room for improvement for her. McCaskill's game plan was great the first time, she didn't let Braekhus settle down and get into a rhythm, she closed the distance early, let her hands go on the inside, she gave Braekhus the right hand by leaning to her right, she's likely not to do that in this fight, but Braekhus has the skills to make a lot of adjustments, I think she'll use her jab this time, take advantage whenever McCaskill relents, will tie up and use her size at close range, she might lean, push, and see what she can get away with, but the important things for her are not to back up in a straight line, and to establish her jab at long range in the early rounds, so McCaskill can't rest when she isn't on the attack.
I don't think this fight will be too different to the first fight, I think McCaskill will do more or less the same thing, will have as much success as last time once she's cut the distance, but Braekhus won't let her cut the distance as easily, will do the fundamentals better this time, will have the better of the early rounds, and she'll edge it this time. I wouldn't be surprised if McCaskill won again, I think she was underrated before the first fight.

No way you score this 100-89. Total BS.

Re: Jessica McCaskill vs Cecilia Braekhus II
How the judges didn't give Braekhus 4 rounds, I'll never know, I thought that was a very close fight. Texas is known for it's poor judging, it hasn't improved, this is the worst I've ever seen with this fight and the scoring in the main event. I didn't like Braekhus's game plan at all, she obliged McCaskill in the first 3 rounds, I don't think Sanchez has done a good job with her, she didn't use her jab much more than in the first fight, she let McCaskill sit back and rest, the gap was there, McCaskill was a target for the jab, she doesn't have the skill to cut the distance, but Braekhus let her dictate the pace, she beat McCaskill to the punch with the right hand and left hook in the second half of the fight, McCaskill was tired, Braekhus got the better of most of the exchanges, but the early rounds cost her, legitimately at least, but based on the disgusting scorecards, she wouldn't have got the decision if she'd won wide.

Re: Jessica McCaskill vs Cecilia Braekhus II
I believe Jessica fought smart and by rd 8 was in a position to relax the way she did which permits for better defese and better picking of counter shots the way she did...sat on her shots much better and unlike the earlier rds was the flusher puncher of the 2 and didn’t have to force the action after getting on the inside as much took her corners advice well to stay alert with her trainer reminding her taking ABout Abel Sanchez saying McCaskill was tiring to help whip his fighter down the final stretch and McCaskill knowing this didn’t Braekhus build any momentum holding her ground well and fighting smartly
Rd 9 was a little reckless down the stretch as she was in the 10th which cost MCCaskill the final rd on my card McCaskill’s pushing the fight a little too hard and walking onto counter shots in the process late in the rd I felt her trainer needed to tell her to fight smarter and not harder going into the 10th
