Prediction.

Usyk has beaten 5 opponents who I think are better than Chisora, I think only 1-2 of the 9 fighters who've beaten Chisora, are better than Usyk, I think Usyk is a level above Chisora, is the much technically and fundamentally better. Usyk is younger than Chisora, and a lot fresher, but he's fought twice in 2 years, Chisora has fought 4 times in that time, and size makes this fight interesting, Chisora weighs in at 245-260, smaller fighters than Usyk have done well at heavyweight, but provided Chisora's miles haven't caught up to him, this is a good test for Usyk. I think Chisora's style is bad for Usyk, because his style is very different to Usyk's. Chisora can definitely hurt Usyk, Usyk has a good chin based on the Briedis fight, but he was briefly hurt against Gassiev, it was at the end of the round, so his recovery wasn't tested. If Chisora hurts Usyk, and follows it up, questions will be answered about Usyk's durability.

I think Usyk will be very cautious in the early rounds, will be mobile, defensively solid, will have a low output, Chisora might win the first 2 rounds by default, Chisora will cut off the ring, but Usyk will stay off the ropes. I think Usyk will slowly increase his work rate, but until Chisora takes a step back, he'll stick and move, won't be aggressive. I think Chisora will tire from his own pace after 6-8 rounds, relent slightly, and that's when Usyk will throw more, put more into his shots, I think Usyk will still be cautious, sustain his defence, but from round 8-10, he will land clean in a high volume, to head and body, round after round, break Chisora down, and stop him late.

May 23. Shit. Usyk's had too long of a layoff already, it'd be a real shame if this got cancelled.

It probably will with all this Corona OOGA BOOGA HULLABALOO going on

I have slim hopes that stuff in May could be hosted without crowds. If we're past the peak by then, I don't see why combat sports can't have one off events.

I sure hope so too!

Interesting matchup. While most are giving Usyk the edge, I would not be too surprised if Chisora won.

This shouldn't be a real hard test for Usyk, Chisora's style is perfect for him. Chisora does poorly versus movers (Kabayel, Gashi). Usyk is a much better mover than either of those guys, he should be able to point Chisora easily and possibly break him down for a stoppage.
