Prediction,

I think this isn't a bad tune up for Garcia, 4 or 5 months before Spence's next fight, which Garcia is in the running for.

Garcia is not young, but I don't think he is declining, his performance against Granados was great, was the first to stop Granados, made a statement, he comes off 9 months out, but I don't think that will be much of a factor, I think he is at his best, needs to be active, but if this is a mismatch, and Garcia doesn't take damage or wear and tear, it should prepare him better for Spence if anything, but the Spence fight isn't a done deal if he beats Redkach as far as I know, and I think Redkach is good enough to make this fight fairly competitive for a few rounds.

Redkach comes off his best career win, beat Devon Alexander, stopped him in 6, I think it had more to do with Alexander being finished, I don't think Redkach can make this competitive against Garcia for 6 rounds, can't give him a lot of problems, he was stopped in 4 against Zlaticanan and Molina, lost a landslide against Farmer, but still, he has good momentum coming off the Alexander win.

Redkach has been dropped, stopped at light welterweight, and not even title fights at 140, I can't see him taking Garcia's power well, but Garcia has never been the fastest starter, I think Redkach will try to take the fight to Garcia in the early rounds, stop him settling down and getting into a rhythm, so it will take Garcia a few rounds to take control. I think at some stage between round 4 and 6, Garcia will improve his timing, find the range, land the counter, and once he has Redkach hurt, I don't think Redkach can survive.

I think Garcia stops Redkach, mid.

another shit fight tonight

That was poor from Garcia, I wouldn't call it a stinker, but it was poor from him. Redkach didn't want to engage, was very gun shy, Garcia was trying to time the right hand, he should have done more to set Redkach up, he was too relient on the lead right hand. I don't think Garcia is as explosive as he was a year ago, I think he is starting to decline, might not be the case, Garcia has a tendency to under perform, but based on this fight, I think we've seen the best of Garcia, and he should retire this year if he can cash out against Spence.
