The legend grows greater

I still can't believe Pacquiao won, this is his Duran vs. Barkley, Hearns vs. Hill type of fight. A 40-year-old 24-year professional and former flyweight world champion was too fast and active for a 30-year-old undefeated natural welterweight. Father time will win eventually but he lost last night. If Pacquiao fights Khan or Mayweather no one should complain. He earned it.

I'm not that shocked because he is a lot better than Thurman, but I am surprised, was 60/40 on Thurman winning because I agreed on it being too big an ask for Pacquiao at 40. He is just declining very slowly, Robert Garcua has said it 'Pacquiao is one in a million', 'there will never be another Manny Pacquiao', he has been a professional since 1995, over 70 fights, fought between 105 and 154, incredible. I think he stops Khan, that's a good fight for Pacquiao, and so is the Mayweather rematch, but I think the Khan fight is more likely, because unlike Khan, Mayweather knows he wouldn't win.

Prime versus prime of course, but I thought the Matthysse and Broner fights could have been a mirage. Even this Thurman is considerably better than both of them. I also figured Thurman would get the benefit of the doubt because he's more useful to PBC than Pacquiao is, which he did with the 114-113 Thurman card, but Pacquiao built up too much of a lead early on. Khan is a good fight for him in my opinion and a very winnable fight unless Pacquiao ages significantly. I also think it is the most likely fight for Pacquiao, especially if they get foreign money behind it. Mikey Garcia is another good option for him if the Khan fight didn't happen, but I don't know if Mikey will resign with PBC. I agree that Mayweather won't fight him again, doesn't make sense for him to fight a live opponent after being away from legitimate boxing for so long. Like Pacquiao, Mayweather has nothing to prove, so I can't blame him. I 100% believe Pacquiao won't fight Spence which is a good idea and I can't blame him for doing it.
