Prediction,

Patel seems to be trying to be the new Broner, Naz, but it isn't working, he has a big mouth, disgusting attitude, he's a nasty kid, and if and when he gets a pasting, it will be great to see, but at this stage, he isn't the most unpopular fighter in the world because as a small fighter who is so badly managed, fought mostly in Hungary, he doesn't have much of a reputation. Patel doesn't have a lot of amateur pedigree, 36-17, not a great record, not a lot of fights, he was in a couple of ABA tournaments, got to the final a couple of times, but never won, and he never fought internationally. Patel is active, fairly experienced as a professional, but when it comes to world level, he hasn't fought anyone, the only former world title challenger he has fought is a 42 year old Ramos, who lost his WBO title shot in 2010.

I think this is a slight step up for Patel, but not much, Banquez is 18-1, good record, he can punch a bit, but I don't know if he is a level above some of Patel's previous opponents.

I think Patel wins a wide UD.

Always great to see a big mouth get a whopping!
Go on BoxNation and run your mouth about Barry Jones's career now!

He looked very basic against a guy who was willing to fight back. Venezuelan fighters are very underrated. Doesn't bode well for the future of the Prince.

No it doesn't pal, and it is great for us, given what nasty piece of work Patel is, he thought he would sit there and be flat out nasty about a retired champion (that is not the only time he's been nasty), well he learned something tonight, he is not a good fighter, will never be a world champion, will always be remembered as a big mouth who ran his mouth but got found out when he stepped up, like Luis Arias, but he's worse than him.

Yeah i enjoyed this fight alot. Hope he gets KO'd in his next fight. It was nice to see him get beat up, the asshole. Patel is a bum lol
