Prediction,

Great match up, both good British level fighters.

Sterling did well in his last fight, against Ricky Summers, who was a step up from his previous opposition, got dropped, but got up and won a wide UD. Sterling is still inexperienced, he has been 10 rounds twice, but he has no amateur background recorded on BoxRec, is only 10-0.

Richards lost wide to Frank Buglioni, on the under card of Joshua vs Takam, it was a competitive fight, and at 9-0, Richards took it on short notice, did his reputation no harm, and he seems to have learned a lot from that fight, has improved since, he got a good win last time out, against Jake Ball, in what was supposed to be a 50/50 fight, stopped Ball in 3 rounds.

Buglioni beat Richards as wide as he beat Summers, and Sterling beat Summers, so by that logic, Sterling can beat Richards, but it isn't that simple, and I think Richards wins this, he is more experienced, I wouldn't be surprised if Sterling won, it is a 50/50 fight, I think both will win rounds, but Richards will stop Sterling
