They usually update later in the day, or next day latest, if they aren’t showing at the moment.
who is going to be pulev's next opponent?
Apparently, Dinu decided to sign for the fight
Good upgrade from Fornling in my opinion. Disappointing Beterbiev refuses to face Barrera though.
Gennady Golovkin has signed a 6 fight deal with DAZN, looks like he is still very much in the mix amongst the top at 160.
Top Rank President Todd duBoef said Teofimo Lopez will either fight Richard Commey or Jose Pedraza later this year.
Hearing Tyson Fury may end up fighting Tom Schwarz, of Germany, big, undefeated, young guy who has some potential. Will be his first big step up, but I like his chances to make it as least fairly competitive, especially considering how few have seen him fight.
I was going to add it, I might do shortly, but it is annoying when I add a fight thinking it is confirmed, other people make predictions for it, and in the end the source got carried away.
Not a bad match up, not considering Fury is coming off the Wilder fight, probably a top 20 heavyweight.
For sure, add at your leisure, as these guys can't seem to keep fights together this year, haha.
Not a great fight on paper for sure, considering the other names, like Rivas, who also wasn't a great matchup, but was a more well known entity. I don't know if you remember, but I thought Schwarz would be a good get right fight for Parker, to either prove he's still World level, or for Schwarz to prove that he is more than a protected German HW. I like the way Schwarz works, good activity, solid movement, good size. Isn't a huge puncher, and a bit doughy. Reminds me of Kowmacki to a degree.
Viktor Postol vs. Mohamed Mimoune is apparently being targeted for an undercard fight on an April Showtime card. Good competitive matchup.
According to Hearn, Kell Brook has interest in fighting Crawford next and will attend Crawford vs. Khan. Definitely the best of Crawford's limited options for a next opponent.
How about Crawford vs Adames as an option? Not great but better than Kavaliauskas in my opinion, possibly better than Brook at this stage, but Brook is not a bad option. Brook is very good, but I don't know if making 147 is too much for him now, I don't think his trainer is much cop, and he is past his best now.
Adames wouldn't be the worst option if Brook fell through but can Adames make Welterweight anymore? Also, Adames is largely unproven himself, I know he beat an aged Molina but other than that his resume is very thin. Brook has a marketable name and is a former champion, which is why I think TR and Crawford would be happy with him as an opponent. It makes sense for Matchroom and Brook because they aren't going to get him a title shot anywhere else any time soon. Super Welterweight is held up and Hurd vs. Brook would be brutal. Brook is past his best but he can probably put out a better performance than he had versus Zerafa, how he does with the weight I don't know. I believe I have seen him saying he can make Welterweight still but that may be just talk.
Brook would be a better name on Crawford's resume, that's for sure.
Golovkin is leaving Abel Sanchez. In my opinion, Sanchez didn't do a good job training him and made him more one dimensional than he should have been, but I don't know how much Golovkin can really change at his age.
Sanchez also attacked Golovkin to try to make him seem like the bad guy. Really professional guy.
Saw both of those. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him with either Goosen or McGirt.
Some recent fights that seem to be confirmed:
June 23 - Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas
Tony Harrison vs. Jermell Charlo II for Harrison's WBC Super Welterweight title
Guillermo Rigondeaux vs. Julio Ceja for a WBC Super Bantamweight title eliminator
June 29 - NRG Arena, Houston
Jermall Charlo vs. Brandon Adams for Charlo's interim WBC Middleweight title
Marcus Browne vs. Jean Pascal for Browne's interim WBA Light Heavyweight title
Some speculation I've seen:
Callum Smith vs. Hassan N'Dam for Smith's WBA and Ring Magazine Super Middleweight titles
Joe Joyce vs. Alexander Ustinov
Teofimo Lopez vs. Masayoshi Nakatani for an IBF Lightweight title eliminator
I think PBC is taking a risk with those co-mains. Yeah, Rigondeaux can really punch, but he can also be really boring and stagnant. Pascal has turned into a negative fighter that will try to go the distance and Browne is ugly to watch because he clinches so much and fights dirty. Callum Smith vs. N'Dam is a terrible fight in my view, I don't understand why Smith has been kept on the shelf so long just to fight a washed up opponent in N'Dam. Joyce vs. Ustinov is bad as well, Ustinov looked very poor versus Hunter and Joyce should be fighting Dubois. Lopez vs. Nakatani could be a little interesting but it will likely be a mismatch, but I don't see Lopez being in a boring fight any time soon.
July 20th on Fox PPV: Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman for Thurman's WBA Welterweight title
This was the logical fight to make, not surprising it happened. Thurman definitely needs to improve from his performance vs. Lopez. If he fights like that again he's going to lose to ancient version Pacquiao.
french heavyweight propect tony yoka is going to make his return on july 13 angainst alexander dimitrenko
Good opponent for Yoka, coming off a year out will be tough after only 5 fights, but this is a very winnable fight for him even with his inexperience and inactivity.
