Dillian Whyte vs Lucas Browne
Bitter heavyweight rivals, Lononder, Dillian Whyte, and Aussie, Lucas Browne, battle it out at the O2 Arena. Whyte is the favourite, younger, more active, and on a winning streak since losing to multi-title world champion, Anthony Joshua, in the second toughest fight for the champ to date, Browne, standing a good chance himself, unbeaten, and a former world champion.
Browne looks sluggish as the fight starts, Whyte is cautious, using his jab, boxing at a sensible pace, whilst Browne's timing is off, and he can't seem to get into any kind of rhythm, as the younger fighter looks to be picking him off.
After a couple of cautious rounds, the fight becomes more positive, but no more competitive, as Whyte seems more confident, and Browne seems to become more of a target, he looks clumsy, very sluggish, and Whyte begins to neat him up.
After 5 rounds, it seems like a very one sided fight which Whyte is dominating with no trouble whatsoever, and at the start of round 6, the fight finishes dramatically, as Whyte draws Browne onto a counter he doesn't anticipate, and puts him flat on his face, knocks him out cold.
After the fight, Browne is safe, Whyte makes a statement, calls out WBC world champion, Deontay Wilder.
