Good fight.

Marciano was a heavy puncher.

For being 185 pounds Rocky Marciano punched with the force and punching power of a much bigger man.

This was a spectacular fight! Both warriors ex-champion and current give everything they possessed for 15 grueling sessions. The film I found only showed 5 total frames of the contest, with a short description of who they felt won the skipped rounds. So with exception of frames 1, 4, 6, 10 & 15 the rest were judged by the broadcaster, which looks the same as the other gentlemen here. I will say Marciano was relentless in the 6th, 10th and 15th sessions brutalizing Charles with pulverizing blows nonstop trying for the knockout. The 15th the champion looked fresh compared to Ezzard, and really had him in trouble and exhausted at the final bell. One of the rare instances Rocky Marciano went to the judges decision, but there was no doubt in the result and Rocky Marciano successfully defended The Heavyweight Championship of the World.
