Good performance from Lee Haskins.
Stuart Hall did OK in this fight, but OK is not good enough at this level, you have to try to bring the best out of yourself, and Hall did not do that in this fight, I think he was in the wrong place mentally, I don't think it was a bad performance, but it wasn't his best.
I didn't think Haskins looked great in this fight, he did well, he boxed well, but he made a a lot of mistakes, his movement was great, but in the later rounds, when Hall came on strong, he wasn't moving at the right times always, he wasn't using his feet the right way overall. Haskins struggled late against Hall because he relies on his footwork for defence, he leaves a lot of openings, he doesn't move his head, doesn't block well, he has a very unusual style, but ultimately, Haskins was much the better boxer in this fight, he did take him to school I think you could say, and it was a good performance. Haskins's ability to time shots is great, he's a good combination puncher, and when he commits, he does have power which a lot of people don't realise he has, and the accuracy is great from Haskins when he does use his offence.

I think Hall hurt Haskins at the end of round 10, it would have been interesting to have seen what would have happened had Hall hurt him earlier in the round, but I think the reason why he was able to land with the weight behind the shot was because Haskins maybe stopped his movement a few seconds early before the bell. I think the key for Haskins against a fighter like Hall, with quite slow feet, and slow hands, is footwork, and with Hall not having a great skillset when it comes to negating good footwork on the other side, and not being the most talented of boxers, he can dominate, but when he tires late, and his movement slows down, the fight changes, no that's why we saw a different fight in the last 3 rounds of this bout to what we had seen in the first 9.
