Prediction,

Good match up, battle of the unbeatens, both had more than 15 fights, should be a good fight.

I rate Parker, he stopped Blackledge in a round, beating Pryce is not much of an achievement, but stopping him is. Parker is only 24, he is still learning, hasn't really fought anyone yet, but he wasn't a bad amateur, fought Joshua Buatsi, and as a professional, he seems to be doing well.

Williams had 2 good, close fights against Smyle, just edged them both, won and defended the English title. Williams's opposition, overall, at British level, even English level, hasn't been great, he's 28, so he is probably in his prime now. I think Williams is a half-decent British level fighter, but that's it.

I think Parker has potential on a different level to Williams, whether or not he has world level potential is a different question entirely, but I think he is better than Williams. I think Parker has more techical skill, might have fought the slightly better opposition, and hits harder, I think it will be competitive, because Williams is young and unbeaten, but I think Parker knocks him out, maybe in 8 rounds, wins the British title.

Close fight, thought Williams was unfortunate, but Parker did well to get his boxing together and get the better of the late rounds, considering how much he struggled in the mid rounds, seemed to have an injury, was boxing with one arm for most of the fight. Parker's injury aside, Williams did much better than I thought he did, and I thought he edged the fight. I think there should be a rematch, Parker should be confident he can build on this win, but Williams made it close, deserves the rematch.
