Both have good fundamentals, Aleem has the better blocking ability, Pasillas does a better job of seting up the up the back hand with the jab, both are busy with the jab, Pasillas has the faster jab, Aleem has the more accurate jab. Pasillas has a good right hook, lands the shot as he pivots, but Aleem has the faster feet. Both fighters can box on the outside, but don't over reach, both cut off the ring well, both are come forward fighters, but have good defence, Pasillas has better head movement, Aleem turns away from shots as they come. I think Aleem is the better inside fighter, has the better variety, but Pasillas is a good finisher, takes full advantage when his opponent is hurt. Aleem has a great right to the body, he can do a lot of damage with that shot, but Pasillas has a solid counter left hand, can land it at mid range, Aleem could be a target for that shot.

I don't think Pasillas's pivots will work against Aleem, I think Aleem will readjust his feet and land the right hand, I think the battle of the jabs will be interesting, Pasillas will land more jabs, but Aleem's jab will be more accurate. I think Pasillas will land the right hook and left hand at mid range, I don't know how Aleem will take those shots, but I think Aleem will set up the right to the body by backing Pasillas up with the jab, and if Aleem can close the gap, smother Pasillas's hook and left hand, I think he'll get the better of it on the inside.

I think this will be a very close fight, I wouldn't be surprised if either won by decision or stoppage, but I think Aleem will edge it by a close decision.
