Prediction,

Nyambayar seems like a very good fighter, unbeaten, good test for him this. Nyambayar had a good amateur career, 2012 Olympian, made the final, won a Silver medal. Nyambayar is 25, 9-0, so he still has a bit to learn, but this is a good test, and with fights like this, and enough activity, he should continue to improve quickly. Great to see all these prospects who could be in the mix at the top in a couple of years, 126 is a brilliant division, Nyambayar has a lot to prove, but he's unbeaten, can punch, is young, and has a great amateur background behind him.

Escandon is good, has never been a world champion, but has come close, two of his 3 losses came by split decision, he has wins over Robinson Castellanos, Jesus Cuellar, but when he stepped up, fought Flores, and then Russell, he fell short, so he seems to be a tough fighter, who, in theory, beats everyone but the world champions.

Nyambayar is less experienced, that should give Escandon some more confidence of a win, but at the same time, how much has he declined?, Escandon is coming off a stoppage loss, and a year out, he's 33, so I think timing wise, this is better for Nyambayar than Escandon.

If Nyambayar wins anyhow, that's good experience, a good name on his resumè, but if he wins well, that's some statement.

I think Nyambayar wins this, tough to say whether or not he will stop him, I think I'll say wide UD for Nyambayar, maybe 97-92 at the closest.
