Prediction,

This is a good one for an 8 rounder which isn't close to the top of the bill.

Both Mora and Angulo have been at a high level in their careers, especially Mora.
Both these fighters are past prime.
Angulo, 35, coming off a 20 month break, and in August 2016, losing to Freddie Hernandez, previously, winning two fights in 2015, but before that, losing to Erislandy Lara, Saul Alvarez, James De La Rosa.
Mora, 37, coming off a 19 month break, his last two fights, stoppage losses to Danny Jacobs.

-I think although he isn't as old, Angulo has more miles, and Mora might have slightly more in the tank, and might not be quite as faded a fighter as Angulo.

I think both these fighters were good world level fighters in their primes, I don't think either were ever great at the highest level, Angulo was clearly not on the same level as Alvarez even in terms of potential, and the same can be said for Mora against Jacobs, but both have achieved in their careers.

Angulo was great in 2008-10, when he beat Gutierrez, Rosado, Yorgey, Julio, Alcine.
Mora did very well at roughly the same time, as he defeated Vernon Forrest, became a world champion, and had a great fight which ended in a draw, against Shane Mosley.

I think at their best, Angulo and Mora were more or less as good as each other, if pressed, I might say Mora had the edge, but I think now, both are over the hill, I think they are shot fighters, certainly Angulo, and I think Mora might be fighting a fighter who is simply more declined than he is, both are nothing like as good as they once were, but I think Angulo looked particularly bad against De La Rosa, Hernandez.
I think power is an attribute a fighter doesn't lose until he is ancient, and Angulo being the naturally much bigger puncher (and I think he definitely is) could help him, it should certainly make the fight more interesting.

I think Mora wins, UD.
