Prediction,

I think Estrada wins this, she has had 17 fights, Esparza has only had 7, she has had 2 fights with 3 minute rounds, and more amateur experience, but this is a 2 minute round fight, and I think Estrada is more experienced overall, she hits harder, and she has a huge reach advantage, and I think she wins a fairly clear UD, competitive fight, but not necessarily close.

Estrada is very good, I was impressed by her performance, I think she has a great future in boxing and is another female fighter who can build women's boxing. Esparza had a cut, if she couldn't see, she can't be criticised for saying so, I thought her corner let her down, telling her she was ahead when she was clearly behind, she gassed, struggled with the 3 minutes even though she is the one who'd done it before, the fight seemed fairly even on the outside, but Esparza couldn't stop Estrada making it an inside fight, which is why Estrada took over. I don't know where Esparza goes from here, women's boxing is not competitive, so she might still win a world title if she gets the right fight, but she is 30, she is a small fighter, she needed the win more than Estrada, and this was not a close fight.
