I’m also not high on either in terms of title contention, and also agree that Conlan is much further along comparatively. I’ve watched every Nikitin fight. Hasn’t looked very good as a pro. Built like he should knock everyone out, but still punches like an amateur fighter, not turning over his shots, looking for scoring rather than damaging blows.

I haven't seen Nikitin fight, but based on his record so far, albeit there isn't a lot to go on, I think we can say he is a non-puncher, Conlan isn't a puncher either, so I see this going the distance. There has been talk of Stevenson vs Conlan, they are both with Top Rank unless Conlan has left Top Rank which he hasn't as far as I'm aware, similar amount of experience, they would have fought as amateurs, and I think as amateurs, it would have been 50/50, but I think Stevenson has made a much better start to his professional career, and he would beat Conlan one sided.

Yeah, Conlan isn’t anywhere near that level that Stevenson is. Think that would be easy work for Shakur.

I don't think Stevenson beats Valdez or Warrington now, but only because he isn't ready, I think he has the potential to be the best in his division, he has been very impressive in his last three fights, I think he isn't ready for Valdez or Warrington, but I think he should fight a tougher opponent next, maybe a Marriaga or Servania.

Yeah, he needs some more fights against guys who will return fire and engage with him more, if he wants to prepare for the firepower brought by Warrington and Valdez
