Prediction,

I'm very impressed by Nery, proved himself at world level against Yamanaka, won the title, he failed a drug test, had issues making weight lost the title, but came back, has got 2 stoppage wins since beating Yamanaka for the second time. I think Nery is a very talented fighter, he is a puncher, very aggressive, he is 24, should have another few fights before he is in his peak. Nery's chin is questionable, he has been down twice in his career already, doesn't necessarily mean he was a weak chin, but that might be an issue for him.

Arroyo was a decent amateur, fought in the Olympics in 2008, fought in a couple of world tournaments. Arroyo is not bad, he lost wide to Ancajas and Warren, I don't think he is a good world level fighter, but he has never been stopped. I think Arroyo is better than anyone Nery has fought apart from Yamanaka, so this shouldn't be too easy for Nery.

Although he has never been stopped, Arroyo has been down twice himself, once against Ancajas, and once in one of his wins, I think Nery has the potential to be better than Ancajas and Warren, he hits a lot harder than both of them, and I think he will stop Arroyo, it will be hard for Arroyo to take risks, he only has 40% KOs, I don't think he has the power to trouble Nery, I think he will struggle to outbox Nery as well, will struggle with his output, pressure, from the start, might land some good clean shots on the counter when Nery gets reckless, make him miss, out box him for very brief periods, make the early-mid rounds interesting, but I think at some stage in the mid rounds, Nery will stop him.

Great performance from Nery, very good offensive fighter, great power, very dangerous, attacks head and body, decent jab, cuts the ring off well, I think Nery has a lot of potential. 118 is on a high, got some very good fighters. Oubaali vs Nery is a great match up, should be an interesting one, entertaining fight as well.
