Prediction,

I think this should be a competitive fight, the first one was good.
I think Lopez will come to fight, again, but I think Shiro will win again, probably more clearly than the first time.

This fight is happening on May 25th...not today

Brilliant from Shiro! What a statement!
When a more experienced fighter takes on a talented, young fighter, the fight is really close, and the young fighter gets maybe the benefit of the doubt, wins, the other guy feels robbed, appeals for a rematch, he doesn't realise the first fight taught the other guy, but only aged him, I think is something Lopez suffered in this fight.

It wasn't that Lopez was bad, he wasn't, he was moving, slightly outworking Shiro in that first round, he wasn't making many mistakes, Lopez, he is a veteran, it was just the maturity, the patience, from Shiro, in no rush, landing his jab early, and in the second round, timing the right hand really well, landing it the head, and then bringing that shot down to the body, made it look quite easy. That was a deadly finish, those body shots are agonising, Lopez just could not even begin to recover.

It would be great to see Shiro in a unification bout against Angel Acosta, Carlos Canizales, or Hekkie Budler! I think a bit of inexperience made Shiro struggle against Lopez the first time, and against Guevara, but I think he learned so much in those fights, he is improving very fast, and if he stays active, defends his title, I definitely think he can be another top level fighter in boxing for Japan just like Inoue.
