Prediction,

Great to see a trilogy between these two fighters, they've had two close, competitive fights, one was a draw, the other was an SD win for Franco. The first 2 fights were great because Negrete and Franco are well matched in terms of having entertaining styles and being roughly as good as each other, so a third fight is a good idea. I don't think there will be a 4th fight, even if this is a draw, you rarely see that nowadays in boxing, but a trilohy is great.

I think Franco won the second fight because he made it a different fight, he was more mobile, and he threw more combinations, wasn't as aggressive, didn't fight on the inside as much, but threw faster, cleaner punches, and more importantly, he was able to frustrate Negrete, the first fight was more or less just the two of them standing and trading, one landing slightly more, the other landing with slightly more power, and there was nothing in it, but the second time, even though it was another very close fight, Franco was able to get the win by being smarter than his opponent, fighting a different fight to the first time, fighting a fight his opponent didn't want to fight.

I think Franco will win this one by UD, I think it will be a good fight, a competitive fight, but it won't be as good a fight as the first two, because it won't be a close a fight, won't be necessarily one sided, but I think Franco will win by a fairly wide margin, it will be the first of the 3 fights with a clear winner.

I think Franco will win because he is 23, he is improving with every fight, Negrete is 32, that's old for a bantamweight, he wasn't as strong overall in the late rounds in the second fight as he was in the first fight, he was better if anything in the early rounds, but he wasn't as strong in the second half of the fight.

I think Franco wins a UD, at least 96-94, probably wider.
