Gonna adjust my score.

A great performance from hall of fame talent Jersey Joe Walcott, is not given it's just do and a disturbing decision is the result. Louis who was dropped in the 1st and 4th rounds, was so throughly out-boxed that he tried to leave the ring as soon as the final bell tolls. It was such a comprehensive dismantling I have a hard time seeing how of the 32 boxing writers at ringside and 3 judges 10 of the writers could see a win for Louis, one a draw, and 2 of the 3 judges score the fight for Louis. There was little doubt left here as to the winner, which makes it hard not to call this a flagrant robbery of Walcott, but Louis does get the last laugh when he knocks out Jersey Joe in the immediate rematch.
