More:

Undefeated WBC Super Middleweight Champion Carl Froch crosses the pond to defend his title against former undisputed Middleweight Champion Jermain Taylor. Taylor jumps out to a big early lead after flooring Froch with a left hook-right hand combination in the third round. Way behind on points, Froch rallies in the championship rounds and hurts Taylor with a right hand in the twelfth. Taylor tries to hang on but finally goes down after a right hand from Froch sends him crumpling into a corner of the ring on his back. Although he gets to his feet at the count of nine, Taylor fails to defend himself against the ensuing Froch onslaught, and Referee Mike Ortega stops the fight with only seconds remaining.

Champion97's picture

Carl Froch stops trying when he's 100% sure he's lost, he believes he can make an atom sized possibility of a win into reality, and he achieved just that in this fight.
