Prediction,

Amanda Serrano is another very good female fighter, and would ideally be better known, like Braekhus, Hammer.

Serrano is 29, still young, and a veteran, 34-1-1, won every one of her fights in the last 6 years, and she is a 5 weight world champion, she won titles at 130, 135, then cut down to 126, 122 even 118. A win in this fight would make her a 6 weight world champion, but although she has experience at 135, it is still a big weight jump, because she is jumping up 5 weights from 3 fights ago, 4 weights from the fight before her last, which was her latest world title fight, 2 weights from her last fight, and a weight higher than she has ever been at. In terms of the weight, this is a tough test for Serrano, she might be too heavy at 140, and she might be trying to become a 6 world champion, and then move back down, but women's boxing is less competitive than men's, and Serrano might just be that good that she can be inconsistent with the weight, and still get the wins.

I don't think Reynoso is anywhere near good enough to beat Serrano, with a record of 11-4-3, beat beaten very wide both times she's fought for a world title in the past.

What makes this fight interesting is size, because Serrano has to be naturally much smaller than Reynoso, having been at 118 only 18 months ago, and Reynoso has only made 140 once before, most of her fights have been at welterweight, she has even fought for a light middleweight world title, but 2 of her last 3 were at welterweight, she has worked down to 140, but approximately 18 months ago, when she fought at 147, in February 2017, at that time, Serrano was basically 6 weights below her, 29lbs.

Weight is massively in Reynoso's favour, but even so, it is still hard to make her the favourite given the difference in experience, maturity, and calibre in all realism, but if they were the same size, and Serrano was only a slight favourite (she would be a massive favourite, obviously), then a weight advantage of this magnitude would definitely turn the odds in Reynoso's favour, it is only that the difference in how good they are, just seems to be too much for Reynoso.

Although I think Serrano will win this, it might have been a mistake for her to fight such a bigger opponent, because Reynoso might have some power, she has never been stopped, Serrano won't hit very hard at this weight, and as the rounds go on, of Serrano really tires, she will need to be smart, and it could be very tough.

I think this will be competitive, but I think Serrano is very good, and she will win a UD.

The girl fight on the HBO stream was much much better, though the Golden Boy judges screwed the lady that should have obviously won.
