Prediction,

Before even factoring in the opponent, this is definitely a step up for Besputin in that it is his first title fight. I'm impressed by Besputin, 10-0, a lot to prove, but so far, so good, he was a very good amateur. Alan Sanchez is definitely I think top 3 of Besputin's first 11 opponents, could well be the best.

Sanchez has won his last 8 consecutive fights, over the time span of 5 years, he lost to Luis Collazo in 2013, but as well, before that, winning 7 on the spin, drew with Luis Grajeda before that, and before that, losing 2 of his first 7, both disputed decisions. Sanchez is experienced, had over double the fights Besputin has had, he is 27, and he has never been down, so he has a good chin, not a big puncher, but he can punch a bit, so this is not necessarily a walk in the park for Besputin.

Besputin would impress if he could stop Sanchez, he can punch, Besputin, but just how hard?, and if he catches Sanchez early, doesn't hurt him, has to box for 8 rounds, 9 and 10, that's not unfamiliar territory for Sanchez, but it is for Besputin, so it might be a little bit of a test for Besputin.

My prediction is Besputin, UD, and very wide, but he might learn a bit in this fight, take a few punches, at the same time, he might prove to be ready for tougher tests, blast Sanchez out. I think Besputin by UD 99-91, 98-92 sort of margins.

I had never heard of this guy before watching this card. Very impressed, I hope he gets pushed up a level soon, because he looks ready for it. He gets compared to Lomachenko a lot because they're both with Klimas, but stylistically he is more similar to Pacman. Doesn't lead with the jab much and instead uses a piston left hand. Very athletic too, his combination of swift hand speed and stinging power mean he has the potential to be a really great offensive boxer. Of course he has flaws defensively and could probably work on how some of his right hands come out a little sloppy, but I see the ability there to be a championship level boxer. There are so many exciting fighters coming up at 147.
